Marlene and Jim had a 1200 square foot multiple level deck that had lived a lifetime. Poor thing had rotted joists and twisted roof supports, decayed decking and loose handrail posts. We removed the entire deck, reframed it, and installed new redwood decking with custom handrail posts and wrought iron railings.
Marcie, Deb and Win had a fifty year-old kitchen that had seen a few makeovers. They love to cook and the time had come for them to remodel. We opened the space up by moving walls and doors and adding a pass-through window which allows them to get their creations outside when they can eat on their adjacent deck. We increased storage and functionality by accommodating a peninsula and two sinks, and re-configuring the dining area to allow a built-in buffet/china hutch. Marcie, Deb, and Win updated appliances and even installed a steam oven.
Heather and Dick decided to remodel their bedroom wing. By reconfiguring the master bedroom and guest room, Heather and Dick now have a large master suite, with a large walk-in closet and double vanity. They have a new master bathroom with a curbless shower. They also updated their hall bathroom with a new vanity, tile, and fixtures. They replaced all doors on that wing.
Kim and Merrill wanted to remodel their kitchen and open it up to the living room, so we replaced the dividing wall with a hidden beam to open up the two rooms. With new kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, and engineered hardwood flooring, the Stanleys now have a beautiful, airy, and integrated living space.
Avid Pittsburgh Steelers fans, Leslie and Joe transformed their basement into a football viewing haven. A custom media center accommodates their television and stereo, and provides display area for their Steelers bobble head collection and other memorabilia. Upstairs, Leslie and Joe visually unified the rooms of their home by having us install crown molding throughout, including on their complicated vaulted ceiling. A new pergola outside their back door provides a perfect setting for morning coffee or a post-game party.
Todd was hired to remove old tile countertops in our kitchen. He was always prompt, friendly and efficient. After the new countertops were installed, he returned to install tile backsplash to complete the kitchen project. He went the extra mile to complete all projects and always cleaned up after each one! We would highly recommend Todd & Stapleton Construction.
Bill & Darla D.
Our first project was a large master bedroom, bath and closet remodel including structural and plumbing changes. We were so impressed with work, especially tiling, that we asked Todd to remodel the main bathroom plus some other minor work and put up a new fence. He is willing and does great work with every aspect of construction! He also made great suggestions. We will go to Todd at Stapleton without any reservation for any project large or small going forward.
